WIN A SCOOTER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Approximate retail value of the prize is $3000.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promoter is Central Equity Limited of 32 Power Street, Southbank, Vic, 3006, Australia ("Central Equity").
  2. Competition opens on 20th February, 2012 and closes at 5pm on 30th June, 2012 (AEDST).
  3. To enter, an entrant must visit EPIC Display Centre and complete a Registration Form which will count as one entry in the Prize Draw.
  4. Only one entry per visiting family will be allowed. Any subsequent entries will be deemed void. Incomplete Registration Forms will be ineligible to win.
  5. The Prize Draw will be conducted at Central Equity's Melbourne Office (32 Power Street, Southbank, Vic, 3006, Australia) at approximately 2pm on 3rd July, 2012. The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entrants.
  6. The winner's name will be published in the Public Notices section of The Age newspaper on Friday 6th July, 2012. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Failure to accept prize within 28 days will void the winner's right to the prize and a subsequent draw will take place.
  7. The prize pool is valued at approximately $3000. The Scooter is valued at approximately $3,000 and includes a helmet. The make and model of the prize is at The Promoter's option.
  8. All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  9. This promotion is open to all people 18 years or over at the time of submitting the form. Employees, agents, contractors and representatives (including their immediate family) of Central Equity and its related companies are ineligible to win.
  10. All entries become the property of Central Equity and all submitted information may be entered into a database. Central Equity may use the information entered by an entrant in accordance with the Central Equity Group's Privacy Policy. Entrants agree to allow their photo and name to be published in a forthcoming issue of Central Equity's newsletter or appropriate marketing collateral if Central Equity wishes to do so.
  11. Central Equity reserves the right to change the closing date of the competition, change the conditions and methods of entry or modify the prize details at its discretion and subject to regulatory requirements, in which case notification will be posted on this web page. Central Equity's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Central Equity shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or usage) or for personal injuries suffered or sustained during the course of or in connection with any of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
